Prior to his current role, Dale was an executive responsible for providing strategic planning, organizational development, change management and general HR advice and guidance.
Dale holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, is a Chartered Professional in HR (CPHR), is pursuing his Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation and has certificates in Organizational Design, Facilitation, Change Management and 360 Assessment and Feedback.
An avid trail runner, Dale enjoys the outdoors and Greater Victoria’s many parks. When he’s not in the woods with his four-legged pal Arnold, you will find him volunteering or coaching.
