
Ashli Komaryk
Ashli is a bi-lingual, Certified Organizational Coach (COC–UBC), and International Coaching Federation credentialed Associate Certified Coach (ACC). She is also a certified trainer, international conference presenter, and holds an MBA.
Ashli earned a bachelor’s degree in art history (taken entirely in Italian) during her 14-year stay in Parma, Italy. Also in Parma, she earned her Level II Sommelier Certification through the renowned Associazione Italiana Sommeliers. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Royal Roads University in Victoria BC, and is a certified facilitator for DiSC, The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™.

Ashli has worked and lived in Europe, North America, and the Caribbean, and these international experiences uniquely position her to work with global or multi-cultural teams looking to harness productive conflict and leverage their diversity as a competitive advantage.
