The year-end numbers show RevPar increased in 2022 to $162.71 compared to $139.03 in 2019, the Average Daily Room Rate showed a big increase for 2022 at $236.30 with 2019 at $189.10 and the Average Occupancy Rate in 2022 is 68.85% with 2019 at 73.52%.
