What can a Human Resources (HR) Consultant assist me with?
Human Resources consultants are professionals with knowledge and experience in all matters related to HR, the people side of your business. HR Consultants will assist clients with objective analysis of your HR needs and provide support related to a variety of HR services including executive search, recruitment, immigration, policy development or updates, procedures, performance management, termination support, succession planning, team training and more.
How does this work?
The approach and process will vary depending on the service, and depends entirely upon your business and your particular needs. In general, we initiate the client relationship with a meeting to discuss your needs, and how we can help. From there, we provide a proposal that outlines our understanding of the HR challenges, our approach to providing a solution, the associated fees/timing, as well as information and profiles on our team.

What are the qualifications and experience of the Chemistry Team?
Our team of HR experts come with a variety of skills, knowledge and experience which provides us with the ability to tailor the consultants to each of our individual clients. Our consultants bring a depth of experience and have qualifications, such as designations in FCMC, CMC, RPR, CPHR, RCIC, CBA.
I have a small company. Would I need HR support?

The cost of any HR related services will depend on what you may already have in place, and which service you need assistance with (recruitment, policy development, etc.).
