RoomServiceCanada.ca is an innovative employment service that is being delivered by Chemistry Consulting Group Inc. on behalf of the British Columbia Hotel Association. The program has been developed to meet the needs of British Columbia hotels seeking employees as well as the needs of individuals seeking employment in British Columbia's hotels.

For many employers, foreign recruitment is a new process. Our team is committed to making your experience with recruiting foreigners a positive one and to providing you with the qualified workers you need.

While deciding to hire a foreign worker may seem like a big step, we handle all the details so that you can focus on your business. The following are the key steps in the recruitment process:

• advise us of your staffing needs
• we handle all administrative details including screening of applicants for your review and selection, visa applications and travel arrangements
• we will prepare your Labour Market Opinion
• we are your liaison with both Service Canada and Citizenship & Immigration Canada
• we meet your foreign worker at the airport and ensure their arrival at your place of business
• we provide ongoing support throughout the entire process and for 12 months after your new employee arrives
