Scott Sherwood (B.Ed.), Senior Manager - HR Consulting
Scott is a Regional Manager with GT Hiring Solutions (GTHS) with responsibility for overseeing the delivery of employment services in the BC Interior. Scott leads a team of highly skilled work search coaches and client service advisors and also directs several subcontracting agencies who work in partnership with GTHS to assist clients to find employment.
In addition to more than 10 years of experience in human resources management, Scott also has more than 10 years of management experience in the hospitality industry gained from position held with Delta Hotels, Coast Hotels, and Clarion Hotels. Prior to joining GTHS as Regional Manager, Scott was a partner with Evolution Employee Engagement Specialists, a consulting firm that assisted employers to attract and engage talented employees. These services were delivered through innovative workshops, coaching sessions, and corporate entertainment sessions. Scott brings his entertainment bent to GT Hiring Solutions and recently organized a highly successful inter-office Air Band Competition which took place during the company’s annual conference.
