Carolyn Yeager, Senior Manager - HR Consulting
Carolyn contributes to the success of our consulting team and is the Manager for Vancouver Island Offices of GT Hiring Solutions (2005) Inc. Carolyn has over 15 years of progressive management experience in the hospitality industry. Her particular strengths are in the areas of sales, marketing and hotel operations with both chain and independent hotels including resort, convention and corporate properties in Canada.
As an Independent Consultant Carolyn has assisted properties in the implementation and incorporation of new technology, evaluated existing procedures and implemented new operational procedures to maximize efficiency in Front Office, Reservations and Catering Departments. She also assists with tourism executive search engagements, salary and team climate surveys.
Prior to joining GT Hiring Solutions (2005) Inc. Carolyn worked for four years in the hotel software industry, as Sales Manger for a Canadian Hotel Property Management Software Company. Her hotel management positions include Director of Sales and Marketing with the 108 Resort in 108 Mile Ranch, BC. Front Office Manager with the Ocean Pointe Resort in Victoria, Director of Sales with the Delta Bessborough in Saskatoon, SK and Western Canadian Sales Manager for a Canadian Motor Coach Tour Operator.
