Chemistry Consulting Celebrates New Year as #1 Best Company to Work For in BC
Tuesday, December 20, 2011 - Victoria, BC: With 18 offices and 107 staff across BC, Victoria based Chemistry Consulting Group (together with their subsidiary firm GT Hiring Solutions) took top honours in the 10th annual Best Companies survey conducted by BC Business Magazine. Chemistry Consulting Group was recognized as the #1 company in BC to work for in the category of companies with more than 100 employees, based on their commitment to workplace best practises. This is the fifth consecutive year Chemistry Consulting Group has achieved the esteemed Best Companies to work for ranking based on the employee scoring.
According to BC Business Magazine the findings of their survey indicate that it’s not the fun perks like games lounges and karaoke parties, or even generous salaries, that keep employees coming to work. Rather, the survey found that core employee motivators are a sense of worth and a feeling of connection.
"To be chosen the #1 Best Place to Work in BC this year is an incredible endorsement by our staff,” said Frank Bourree, who along with partners Christine Stoneman and Charles Shier launched Chemistry Consulting, a business and human resource consulting firm, in 2006. “My partners and I started Chemistry because we really enjoy and excel at helping people define and achieve success.
