Victoria Based Chemistry Consulting Wins Big for the 4th Straight Year BC Business Magazine’s Best Companies to Work for in BC
Very Good Chemistry… Victoria based Chemistry Consulting Group Inc./ GT Hiring Solutions, a boutique management consulting firm with15 offices and 85 staff across the province challenged BC’s best and biggest companies to earn top honours for the fourth consecutive year in BC Business Magazine’s annual roster of The Best Companies to Work for in British Columbia.
Chemistry ranked 4th out of more than 100 nominations in the overall category of Best Places to Work, and took 1st place in the business category of Professional Services and Communications. Rated by employees, companies were evaluated on human resources practices, employee engagement, leadership dynamics, and the culture of the organization.
"Chemistry Consulting is a text book example of a supportive workplace," says Amanda Exner-Johnson, program supervisor at Chemistry, a position that she earned five months after joining the company. "The company is all about mentorship and we are encouraged to provide input and feedback. It’s really collaborative and I haven’t experienced that anywhere else."
